July-August Hotbuys

Okay, I see no re-releases this month. All I see are ugly hotbuys. [Apart from 3 things]

1. Well, Those jeans e are exactly the same as the embellished jeans that came out a couple of weeks ago, the only difference is that they're maroon, and the others are Navy/Black. But they are still ugly.
2. That shirt is very..... hideous. I'm sorry but I fins most of this month's Hotbuys dreadful.
3. The earrings... Well.... I wouldn't buy them, but I can't exactly say they're ugly, I like the pattern on them...
   
4. That long strapless dress is just AMAZING! probably the best thing there! But there is a reason I won't buy it, and you will find out later.
5. That hair dye is exactly the same as the orange hair you get for free in the MeDoll Editor!
6. Ewww.... Just, Ew. That jumpsuit isn't very appealing.
7. FINALLY, the Leo necklace is here! *Inside cheer* I'm a Leo, 31st of July is my B'day, which is in 10 days from when I'm writing this... :D
8. Is that some more Viv. Tam spy? I hope it comes with a heap of new Viv. Tam dresses.... But that dress is fierce! I can't wait for it t come out!
9. Uhmmm.... >.<>
10. Yeah, pink lace up boots? Have fun with that.

But what I'm really upset with stardoll for is the fact that even the new hotbuys are at outrageous prices! just look!

Okay, now, this is starting to get old. If you're going to delete your account, then delete it permanently. for the 3rd time, Star_awards has returned. But is now saying she will no longer be hosting the awards, but moving onto blogging......

*yawns*

I loved attending the awards, but, seriously. This is getting old.

So, the old hotbuys have been re-released, and for outrageous prices I might add.
[Click to enlarge] Just look at the picture, the dresses are back up for 16 and shoes for 10? tut. tut. tut. *sighs* Oh stardoll. I got that ugly gray one for 16 when it was still a rare, and sold it for 40 something stardollars ;) But, I did buy that yellow dress for 16. Oh, I'm such a sucker for a pretty dress, but, since I got it, I can't seem to make it work on my MeDoll..... :S And no matter how much I love the shoes, I just can't seem to click that 'Buy items' button.

New RM; Joan of Arc

I mean, really? Joan d`Arc? I don't see her as much of a Role Model, nor do I think many other people do. I think that stardoll might have misunderstood the definition of Role Model... I mean, an appropriate Role Model would be someone like, oh I don't know, Anne Frank maybe? I consider her a bit of a Role Model, but Joan of Arc? Not so much. However, I do like the knight outfit, and the medieval dress featured in the picture...

What is up with The Show?

Well, I've noticed, that the album winner, tatynogueira, has been album winner for a long time. I noticed, in fact, the third week in a row, that it hadn't changed. Now, when it goes down the list of previous winners, it says the weeks they won, and it skips week 19, and goes straight to week 20, which it has been stuck on for a while now. And I've just been wondering, why? I contacted stardoll about it a while ago, and they still haven't replied.... I just find it very confusing....

By the way, have you noticed the picture at the top? I made it all by myself, which was hard because I don't have photoshop.....

The new Real Brand clothes are in, and they are STUNNING! My favorite's are the Satin Haze Dart dress, Blue Flower Print dress, Water light print Origami dress, Silk Linen Floral dress and the Flower Slash Blouson dress.

Well, I've noticed allot of the more expensive, superstar clothes, are actually VERY similar to cheap and available-to-everyone clothes. Just look:
On the right side, I used only superstar clothes, on the left, cheaper clothes, that are available to everyone, and you can save 10 stardollars by buying the right outfit!

Left side; Stardoll cardigan [$4], Stardoll crown print T-shirt [$4], Volie leggings [$2], Volie black and white clutch purse [$1] and Fudge Stacy sandals [$1]

Right side; Sprouse Bro.s lightning girl [$8], Pretty In Pink Rose pants [$6], Volie Hot Buys bag [$4] and Rio Summer sandals [$4]






On the left side I used only superstar clothes, and on the right, the, the clothes are available to everyone, they look the same and you can save 9 stardollars!

left outfit; Stardoll Hilary cardigan [$9], MK + A brand white collar tee [$4], Stardoll embellished jeans [$7] and DKNY black heels [$5]

Right outfit; Stardoll cardigan... again[$4], Stardoll basic tank top [$4], Fallen Angel studded jeans [$4] and Stardoll high heeled sandals [$4]
